What are the shelf life and storage recommendations?
We produce our products in small batches several times a year, so you can be sure that Dr.Barky's Sanitizing No-Rinse Spray Shampoo is fresh when it reaches our customers. Once opened, the shelf life is 6-8 months and they should be kept in stable temperatures and away from direct light.

What are the precautions I should take when using Dr.Barky's Sanitizing No-Rinse Spray Shampoo for my dog?
Dr.Barky's Sanitizing No-Rinse Spray Shampoo is for external use only.
As with all shampoo products, you should avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear. Close the product immediately after usage and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Is Dr.Barky's Sanitizing No-Rinse Spray Shampoo considered organic?
Yes, all ingredients are either sourced from certified Organic Farms in Italy, organically sourced from other countries for those that do not originate from Italy (such as Argan Oil Ecocert, Jojoba Wax, or pure essential Oils), or are harvested in the wild in Italy in-areas located far from any source of pollution (officinal herbs, plant extracts and buds).

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

How do I return my order?
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.
Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at hi@drbarkys.com for further instructions.
Only products purchased on drbarkys.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty bottles or partially used bottles for refund or exchange. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to drbarkys.com are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my personal details after my order has been placed?
Email to hi@drbarkys.com immediately. We'll make every effort to change the  information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

How long does shipping take?
Local shipping normally takes 2 to 3 days after your order has been processed and fulfilled.
